Hello, As we explained to you by email, you placed your order on a Friday, and since it could not be prepared the same day, we prepared it the next working day, which is the following Monday (we do not work on Saturdays and Sundays). During the preparation of orders in bulk, it is possible that the stock of certain items may be depleted during the day. Your order unfortunately had a shortfall during its preparation. We then notified you directly by email so that you could find a solution with another supplier and avoid a nasty surprise when receiving your order. Shortfalls are refunded as soon as possible to the bank account used for payment. We are subject to banking processing times, which does not allow us to process them instantly. The refund for your shortfall was initiated on Friday, October 4th, a credit note to justify this has been generated on your Packeos account.
