Hello,
Delivered 13 days after the order date.
The pickup point refused my package because the sender did not stick the label.
I finally received a wrong package today with only small plastic bags.
This is a big mistake!!
Customer service still does not answer the phone.
I ordered

Hello,
We will deliver the products you ordered directly to your address. It will be simpler than going through a pickup point. The carrier must have swapped the labels with another order.
Regarding your calls, I regret, but the attempts made on Thursday to contact me were outside our hours, and on Wednesday morning I unfortunately had to be online already.
If you wish, you can also contact me by email or via the live chat from 8:30 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 4:30 PM.

Order shipped quickly, well packaged. Beyond the very affordable prices, the products are of good quality. I recommend this site a thousand times. From now on, I will order from them. The only downside I would mention, if there had to be one, is that compared to other sites in the same sector, shipping costs remain quite high. While others offer free shipping for orders over €49.

I give a score of 5 for the after-sales service. Indeed, despite an error in delivery (I would give a score of 0 for the carrier), the online service was top-notch. Very quick response and instant exchange by email. It makes all the difference when you take care of the problem and resolve it quickly. I will continue my packaging purchases at Pakeos despite the poor delivery service.
