Hello, Does your delivery address correspond to your home? The carrier has information that he must deliver to a shop. I think the driver couldn't find your address, however he should have contacted you by phone. I will pass the information to our carrier to be more attentive. Regarding the cardboard bottom bags, the supplier has changed its packaging method. We no longer have the choice but to offer bags packaged in boxes of 1000 and separated by small cardboard plates in batches of 100 it seems to me.
