Great site, good quality items. The only negative point is the delivery costs which are way too high for a simple individual like me, too bad otherwise I would order much more often.

The delivery was catastrophic, we lost several half days waiting for the carrier and many hours on the phone with the often unreachable platform.
Moreover, when opening the pallet, many boxes were damaged due to the carrier (at the bottom of the pallet) and to Packeos during the preparation of the pallet (photos available)
Furthermore, many boxes were damaged during the unpacking of the goods, this was due to the carrier and to the placement of the boxes during palletization.
