The delivery was catastrophic, we lost several half days waiting for the carrier and many hours on the phone with the often unreachable platform.
Moreover, when opening the pallet, many boxes were damaged due to the carrier (at the bottom of the pallet) and to Packeos during the preparation of the pallet (photos available)
Furthermore, many boxes were damaged during the unpacking of the goods, this was due to the carrier and to the placement of the boxes during palletization.

Overall your pricing offer is very well positioned, but the shipping calculation ends up considerably reducing the gap with your competitors. Too bad... Moreover, the number of products is limited, and I complete with the competition for very common products such as translucent cups 20/22 cl carton of 3000, croissant bags 101 pack of 1000, greaseproof sandwich bags 100x260mm pack of 1000, square box CRUDIPACK 750 grs Black.
