Delivery literally thrown into the store in the middle of many customers, not to mention the boxes placed on the counter. We are a food business so it took two saleswomen to quickly clear and disinfect during peak service. We have a dedicated delivery area, we signaled this to the delivery person who did not want to hear anything and continued. Indeed, there was a car parked in the delivery area, it would have taken us 2 minutes to move the vehicle which was still too long for the delivery person.

Terribly disappointed with the service, my package was not delivered directly to my home but just downstairs. I had to carry a 19 kg box all by myself. I love it. Once I opened this box since it was dropped off without my consent, I opened it and it was completely ripped open. Most of the products I bought were poorly packaged and wrapped. Most of the products were therefore damaged. I paid for a package in its entirety with products that are no longer new because they were poorly transported and poorly protected. I tried to make a complaint and to this day, I still have not received any response. I strongly advise against this platform.

No problem with the delivery, only downside the rum baba cups ordered are not suitable as the cup is curved, narrow at the bottom and wide at the top, and since the baba has the same width at the top and bottom, once soaked it is impossible to slide the baba to the bottom of the cup without damaging it, plus not resting at the bottom it cannot stay soaked and moist, it tends to dry out quickly. So I end up with a batch of just under 1000 cups that are of no use to me. Question is it possible to organize a return of the products even if opened?
