Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we are doing our best to avoid stock shortages, unfortunately, our suppliers are lacking raw materials such as cardboard or plastic to produce. The delays are extended and lead to shortages. Regarding the shipping costs on the website, these are directly the rates of our carriers. Hello, With the current situation, our suppliers are having a lot of trouble producing the items we usually offer on the site. Prices fluctuate and availability varies, which is why we have to adapt very regularly. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. In order to simplify your experience on Packeos, we will have a new website in a few weeks that will add new features such as restock alerts on out-of-stock products. These will remain visible on the site so you can always know what we can normally offer. A new GLS carrier will appear at the same time as the new version of the site. This one specializes in what is called mono and multi-parcel, in other words, everything that is not a pallet. If you wish, I invite you to select this carrier instead of Kuehne-Nagel, which specializes in pallet shipping. We have been testing with GLS for a few weeks and we have generally received good feedback. This could be a solution for you. We remain at your disposal if you have other needs. About 90% of our products if not more are made in Europe. We do our best to offer CE origin products. However, to offer competitive prices in the market we also work with a Chinese supplier. If the kraft cardboard pots were made in Europe, the price would probably not be the same at all.

For the last 2 orders placed for vacuum bags, the ordered references (1st order: 150x300 / 2nd order: 150x200) were replaced without notifying us with others (150x280 - unusable for us because of the unsuitable format). Not to mention the packages ripped open by DPD at every delivery.
At the beginning of May, we were promised that the correct references would be redelivered and that a carrier would come to collect the wrong products. Still no news despite a follow-up on the Packeos voicemail on May 28.
I hope for a commercial gesture from them.

Regarding the 150x300mm vacuum bags, our supplier changed the size to 280mm, we unfortunately did not make the change right away. We cannot send you the size you want.
For the 150x200mm bags, it's really strange because we still have this dimension, it may be a preparation error.
