The ordered products are very good. Only small downside, delivery to the pickup point is not possible, you have to go pick up the package at the carrier's warehouse, nothing serious, everything went well. Thank you.

Hello, Delivery to a pickup point is possible within a limit of 18kg and when the products are not too bulky. We had to set this limit to prevent pickup points from refusing packages due to lack of space in particular. Hello, Does your delivery address correspond to your home? The carrier has information that he must deliver to a shop. I think the driver couldn't find your address, however he should have contacted you by phone. I will pass the information to our carrier to be more attentive. Regarding the cardboard bottom bags, the supplier has changed its packaging method. We no longer have the choice but to offer bags packaged in boxes of 1000 and separated by small cardboard plates in batches of 100 it seems to me.
