Hello, With the current situation, our suppliers are having a lot of trouble producing the items we usually offer on the site. Prices fluctuate and availability varies, which is why we have to adapt very regularly. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. In order to simplify your experience on Packeos, we will have a new website in a few weeks that will add new features such as restock alerts on out-of-stock products. These will remain visible on the site so you can always know what we can normally offer. A new GLS carrier will appear at the same time as the new version of the site. This one specializes in what is called mono and multi-parcel, in other words, everything that is not a pallet. If you wish, I invite you to select this carrier instead of Kuehne-Nagel, which specializes in pallet shipping. We have been testing with GLS for a few weeks and we have generally received good feedback. This could be a solution for you. We remain at your disposal if you have other needs. Hello, The carrier could not deliver to the relay point for an unknown reason, they did not inform us and returned the merchandise only a month later. Once you got back to us, we were able to resend it. In a few weeks, we will change carriers along with our website. This will further improve the delivery service. I apologize for the inconvenience.
