Hello,
Our low prices do not allow us to reduce our shipping costs. These are the rates of our carriers.

Pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery, barely 48 hours, the good packaging of the parcel and the quality of the ordered items. So hats off

The site is good but we received the order in a deplorable state, open carton, torn, crushed. We will not order again.

Response from Packeos
Hello,
We will report the information to our carrier. We are sorry. The merchandise left our warehouse in good condition.
Please know that we are changing carriers to avoid this kind of inconvenience as much as possible.

I’m still waiting for your shipment.
It has been more than 10 days.
I sent you one message but no answer. I chatted with you one time. And you have not answered yet.
I want to give no star to you at all.
It’s really bad and sorry.

Response from Packeos
Hello,
Our transporter sent your order to France instead of sending it to Germany, that's why the delay is longer than usual. The transporter will deliver your goods before the end of this week.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,
Orders over 18kg are reserved for professionals with a shop only.
If you have the possibility to be delivered to a professional, I can change your account status.
