You placed an order on our site on 11/02 afternoon, which means your order left our warehouse on 12/02, however the carrier delivered it to you on 16/02 after two attempts on the previous days. The delay was therefore 5 days between the moment you placed your order on our site and the delivery of your package, which is reasonable.

Delivery for individuals is done through a network of relay points. The maximum weight accepted by the relay points is 18kg. Beyond this limit, relay points generally refuse packages.
