Products at interesting prices and delivery went smoothly. However, one of the products I ordered was no longer available and I was only informed of this once my order was validated and paid. Packeos will refund me (normally) but I would have liked to know that this product was missing BEFORE ordering (because maybe I wouldn't have ordered from them then).

this delivery was all in bulk, the boxes were shattered and the delivery was scheduled on the store's closing day so the packages were delayed and ended up damaged (sic the delivery person)

The website, prices, and customer service are impeccable. Unfortunately, the delivery is catastrophic, our products were delivered in the middle of the street, not even on the sidewalk, really on the street. It's a shame that everything else is ruined by the delivery.

Hello, unlike my first order where everything arrived intact, my second order arrived with a torn box. Two packs of discs, the packaging was torn and I found the discs loose in the box (torn at the bottom). It's a shame.
