We are doing our best to always offer our products on the site in large quantities, unfortunately with the current context, it is difficult for us to ensure constant stocks. Suppliers are lacking raw materials to send us these items.
We generally proceed with the refund of out-of-stock products within the week, otherwise, you can get back to us so that we can resend once we have the products in stock.

As you can see on our site, we have chosen to offer the lowest possible prices for our products. The shipping costs you see on the site correspond to the rates of our carriers. Regarding the €2.40 fee for on-site pickup, we believe it is fair to apply it to cover the preparation cost.
Having items delivered is never free, no carrier works for free, we have simply chosen not to hide these shipping costs in the margins of our products.
