I only give two stars, it's a shame I wrote to customer service to inform that my order was incomplete, without ever receiving a response.

Response from Packeos
Hello,
Currently, carriers are experiencing an extremely heavy workload, which is why the delays are longer than usual, and the tracking link sent by email is less accurate.
This will return to normal in a few weeks.
Looking forward to serving you,
Vincent from Packeos customer service
