2 orders, 2 times missing product, what a pity
when ordering we are not informed when a product is missing, credit card debited so not the same result on the invoice, you have to call for correction

Unfortunately, it is degrading more and more, frequent product shortages, poorly sealed croissant bags, random deliveries either 3 days or 10 days minimum, sometimes deliveries only by pallets while in the city center playing with cardboard on the sidewalk for ten minutes is not the dream.... While other times delivery in 3 working days in closed cartons and without any shortage is the ideal site but that is random, too bad
