We are doing our best to always offer our products on the website. Unfortunately, our suppliers are facing shortages of raw materials, it is difficult for them to keep up, which is why our purchasing department is trying to find solutions to offer other products.

As you can see on our site, we have chosen to offer the lowest possible prices for our products. The shipping costs you see on the site correspond to the rates of our carriers. Regarding the €2.40 fee for on-site pickup, we believe it is fair to apply it to cover the preparation cost.
Having items delivered is never free, no carrier works for free, we have simply chosen not to hide these shipping costs in the margins of our products.

Very satisfied with the product, fast delivery, one downside is the shipping costs. Had to order a large quantity to offset them. Paying €15 for a package worth €10, we need to think about finding a solution, unless this is intentional!!

About 90% of our products if not more are made in Europe. We do our best to offer CE origin products. However, to offer competitive prices in the market we also work with a Chinese supplier. If the kraft cardboard pots were made in Europe, the price would probably not be the same at all.
