Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we are doing our best to avoid stock shortages, unfortunately, our suppliers are lacking raw materials such as cardboard or plastic to produce. The delays are extended and lead to shortages. Regarding the shipping costs on the website, these are directly the rates of our carriers. With the new site that will arrive in a few weeks, the interface will be simpler and will allow for a better understanding of the calculation of shipping costs. As you can see on our site, we have chosen to offer the lowest possible prices for our products. The shipping costs you see on the site correspond to the rates of our carriers. Regarding the €2.40 fee for on-site pickup, we believe it is fair to apply it to cover the preparation cost.
Having items delivered is never free, no carrier works for free, we have simply chosen not to hide these shipping costs in the margins of our products.

About 90% of our products if not more are made in Europe. We do our best to offer CE origin products. However, to offer competitive prices in the market we also work with a Chinese supplier. If the kraft cardboard pots were made in Europe, the price would probably not be the same at all.
