We have chosen to offer the lowest possible prices for our products. That is why we cannot reduce the shipping fees. These fees you see on our site are calculated based on weight and delivery department. They are directly the rates of our carriers.
Regarding VAT, it is 20% and we cannot remove it.

Good, but the bags were open, and the boxes dirty! But the package seems to have been mishandled by DPD delivery..... Who also made delivery errors!
