Packeos consistently delivers on fast and reliable service, with numerous notes of ultra-fast processing and shipping, quick delivery times, and orders arriving in good condition and as described. Customers praise the range of products and competitive prices, highlighting attractive value and availability of items, along with a friendly, helpful staff and smooth ordering experience. The store earns praise for efficient handling, dependable delivery, and well-packaged, solid products that meet expectations. Overall, customers repeatedly mention prompt fulfillment, clear product descriptions, and strong value as key strengths.
Good products, too bad for the missing items and that delivery is only by pallet. When they deliver to me, they fill the store, which is a bit unpleasant.

The products offered really suit me, unfortunately the shipping costs are exorbitant, which makes me hesitate with each new order I want to place.

Hello, Our low prices do not allow us to offer free shipping. Delivery rates are set by our carriers. Our carriers operate by weight brackets, it is more interesting to order several items at the same time than to order them one by one. We remain at your disposal to answer your questions. Shipping costs represent about 20% of the order and are added to the tax-exempt amount and also "benefit" from VAT. It's excessive! Too bad, because there are many choices and good products with very fast delivery.

Hello, Our low prices do not allow us to offer free shipping. Delivery rates are set by our carriers. I invite you to make the same cart with our competitors, normally we will be cheaper even with shipping costs. We remain at your disposal to answer your questions.

I find that when there is a stock shortage, it takes quite a long time for you to restock, fast delivery and product conforming to my expectations.

Hello Mrs. Poletto, thank you for your comment. Please know that we are doing our best to minimize our stock shortages. To pass the information to our purchasing department, would it be possible to know which products have caused you problems? Have a nice day, Vincent from the customer service packeos.com

We should be able to keep a template list on your site so we don't have to reorder each product one by one? It's very long!!!
And I can't add items to favorites.

Quality products and fast delivery, however my package arrived at the relay point completely open and the box was ripped. Fortunately, nothing was missing but for the price of delivery, not serious ...

I find the fluidity of the site and the information perfect. However, if I may suggest, it would be good to indicate the base of the bags, as considering the indicated dimensions can be misleading when ordering.
I am also pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service, following my mistake on my order, I was called back and advised, top notch!!
I will certainly place another order
For now, I am waiting for the one I just placed, but it seems extremely fast, let's see the quality of the delivery for the fifth star!!

The new Packeos site is easy to navigate but I often hesitate to order from them. Because there are often out of stock and the delivery time is long (7 to 10 days).

Products at interesting prices and delivery went smoothly. However, one of the products I ordered was no longer available and I was only informed of this once my order was validated and paid. Packeos will refund me (normally) but I would have liked to know that this product was missing BEFORE ordering (because maybe I wouldn't have ordered from them then).

Response from Packeos
Hello, We have chosen to offer the lowest possible prices for our products. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot reduce the shipping costs on the site. The fees you see are directly the rates from our carriers. This is the actual delivery cost. Best regards, Ludovic from the Packeos customer service "Quality Food Packaging at DISCOUNT prices"
