The website, prices, and customer service are impeccable. Unfortunately, the delivery is catastrophic, our products were delivered in the middle of the street, not even on the sidewalk, really on the street. It's a shame that everything else is ruined by the delivery.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, I will pass the information to our carrier. However, the law in France allows the delivery person to leave your pallet at your doorstep. If he brings your order inside himself and damages something that belongs to you, he is held responsible and the carrier's insurance will not cover it. Unfortunately, this is why some drivers refuse to take this risk. If you wish, you can select the GLS carrier for your future orders, as they deliver all orders under 100kg in cardboard. Unlike pallets, parcel deliveries can be made directly inside your establishment. Hello, unlike my first order where everything arrived intact, my second order arrived with a torn box. Two packs of discs, the packaging was torn and I found the discs loose in the box (torn at the bottom). It's a shame.

Very good contact with customer service for information. Very fast shipping if the order is placed before 11am: ordered on Tuesday morning, delivered on Thursday at 9am!!! Only small downside: the carrier called me 1 hour before to inform me of their arrival while I had specified to contact me to schedule the delivery day together.
