Your carrier was extremely bad on this order, appointment postponed 4 times without us being informed, no contact on the delivery tracking page, response time unbelievable once the carrier's number was found on the internet, and finally no time slot given on the day of the final appointment. Must be reviewed imperatively, I have never seen such a complicated delivery in over 20 years of receiving packages! Moreover, I found myself out of stock of packaging boxes as the delivery dragged on....

The quality/price ratio is very good. The site is very easy to use but to give a suggestion, I would say if the shipping time could be shortened and also that the package takes a bit of time before leaving the depot. Otherwise always very correct
