Hello, I am shocked to receive such a small package in a huge box stuffed with cardboard straps. The product did not need such protection. A simple bubble wrap envelope would have sufficed. The shipping costs then amount to €6 with Colissimo instead of €12.50, which is more expensive than the product. Your carbon footprint is disastrous.
I still have not received my order. According to GLS, the package is too large to be dropped off in a locker. So for now, I am chasing my package. This is not serious for an order that includes three items.

Delivery literally thrown into the store in the middle of many customers, not to mention the boxes placed on the counter. We are a food business so it took two saleswomen to quickly clear and disinfect during peak service. We have a dedicated delivery area, we signaled this to the delivery person who did not want to hear anything and continued. Indeed, there was a car parked in the delivery area, it would have taken us 2 minutes to move the vehicle which was still too long for the delivery person.
Very good site. Very nice The carrier GLS never delivered the package. After 4 attempts!!!! The delivery people never contacted me by phone. In the end, I never received my package Also, the chat, the people are very nice But they never solved my problem They could not contact GLS and did not know why the order was never delivered Frankly, lamentable service
An order placed several weeks ago...still nothing received...this site is neither serious nor professional.
Terribly disappointed with the service, my package was not delivered directly to my home but just downstairs. I had to carry a 19 kg box all by myself. I love it. Once I opened this box since it was dropped off without my consent, I opened it and it was completely ripped open. Most of the products I bought were poorly packaged and wrapped. Most of the products were therefore damaged. I paid for a package in its entirety with products that are no longer new because they were poorly transported and poorly protected. I tried to make a complaint and to this day, I still have not received any response. I strongly advise against this platform.
I ordered several items and 4 days later I'm told that one of them is out of stock... and on top of that I still haven't been refunded. Run away!!

Products conform but I find it unacceptable to pay so much for delivery for incompetent delivery people who don't even call you and say they couldn't find the address! The delivery customer service is not more competent either, really disappointed...
Carrier needs to change! I never received my order... which went back to the sender! And I have a credit note that I will never need...

I ordered 10 packs of attached bags and only received one.
No stock, so impossible to make the shipping costs worthwhile with a single box (no free shipping anyway!). When contacting them, they respond that they do not wish to have more in stock (1 box) so we are forced to order one box at a time with a restocking delay of 1 MONTH??! and to pay 14 euros in shipping costs each time... NO EFFORT on their part while we want to place a larger order... unable to meet our needs, unresponsive, uncooperative, NOT PROFESSIONAL for the "#1 Food Packaging on the Web".
Package arrived in two parts without warning. Damaged box and crushed inside box. Open and spilled gold disc in the box and 5 missing. Very disappointed for some time now.
If I could, I would give you no stars, because before placing my order I contacted you via chat to ask if the square pastry boxes were falling face down. You answered yes, except that upon receiving my order I find that this is not the case. So for future customers, beware of what the so-called "advisors" tell you.
It is unacceptable for a packaging company to send a product with dimensions (6.5x20x7) in a box of (24.5x24.5x31.5)! That's a volume about 22 times larger than necessary!!! But that's not the worst! Weight of the ordered product: 192 grams. Weight of the received box: 1065 grams, including 816 grams of hyper dense filler!!! And who paid the shipping cost for such a heavy package?? €7.79 for shipping against €5.96 for the cost of the product. The war in Ukraine is a convenient excuse, and we are willing to be taken advantage of within reason, but this is pure and simple fraud! If the product had been packaged in a smaller box (a company that makes packaging must have that in stock...) and with little or no filler (plastic pouches are not a fragile product!) the shipping costs would not be so high! We don't even talk about the waste of materials and even less about ecology!!!! I have nothing to say about the product itself, it meets my expectations and is of good quality. However, I will go elsewhere next time because the shipping conditions are deplorable. Too bad for this company that loses a customer it had just won. I package nearly 4000 soaps a year and could have greatly consumed from them. Everyone has their choices, mine will now be elsewhere!

The carrier showed up in front of my building without ringing the doorbell knowing that my husband was waiting for him. He claimed to have rung but did not do so. Honestly, everything should be put on a pallet if not top or put boxes to separate the boxes with the bags, delivery service 0 because to put a pallet in front of the shop in the middle of service
The site is becoming more and more complicated to find the desired references, either they have disappeared or are out of stock As for delivery, once out of two, it is just a struggle with the delivery person, either he delivers on Monday when it is specified not to, or it is on a pallet wrapped in bulk when we are in the city... I ordered on December 1st to have my order for Christmas. I paid for delivery and received it 1 month later. The worst part is that I paid for delivery which was supposed to take a week. And here I am, a month later...

The package is on its way, the carrier has already tried to deliver to you once unsuccessfully on 12/06 around noon. As we indicate on the site, we do not deliver to individuals at their homes because some addresses like yours are too difficult to access, we only deliver to a network of pickup points.

For the last 2 orders placed for vacuum bags, the ordered references (1st order: 150x300 / 2nd order: 150x200) were replaced without notifying us with others (150x280 - unusable for us because of the unsuitable format). Not to mention the packages ripped open by DPD at every delivery. At the beginning of May, we were promised that the correct references would be redelivered and that a carrier would come to collect the wrong products. Still no news despite a follow-up on the Packeos voicemail on May 28. I hope for a commercial gesture from them.
Regarding the 150x300mm vacuum bags, our supplier changed the size to 280mm, we unfortunately did not make the change right away. We cannot send you the size you want.
For the 150x200mm bags, it's really strange because we still have this dimension, it may be a preparation error.
Did you get back to me during your penultimate order in January?

Hello. Very dissatisfied with my order. Indeed, when ordering 5000 sauce pots I do not understand why you do not include the lids. Moreover, I ordered five boxes of Craft salad pots and received an invoice for five, refunding four. Normal, you might say. However, it would be very wise to receive an email when you have a restock. I also think you should change carriers, the one you currently have is terrible. The site states that it is delivered in three to four working days, for my part I have never been delivered before a week and a half, and for the last one, two weeks. Out of the seven or eight orders I have had, each time a box was broken. No return but still. Finally. When I call to get 5000 cutlery for salad pots that I did not receive and I am told that the cutlery will be sent at your expense, unfortunately for me I receive the lids with 20€ shipping costs and additionally deducted from my account. I never gave authorization for a deduction. Indeed, I have always paid by credit card. Unacceptable. Three to four times more expensive than Colissimo. Delivery after four days too.... Here it is. Here is my evaluation, as much as the first order was very good, in the span of six months it has become very very very unpleasant to keep for my part. Hello, Delivered 13 days after the order date. The pickup point refused my package because the sender did not stick the label. I finally received a wrong package today with only small plastic bags. This is a big mistake!! Customer service still does not answer the phone. We will deliver the products you ordered directly to your address. It will be simpler than going through a pickup point. The carrier must have swapped the labels with another order.
Regarding your calls, I regret, but the attempts made on Thursday to contact me were outside our hours, and on Wednesday morning I unfortunately had to be online already.

You ordered boxes 20x20x13cm and these are the ones you received. The dimensions of the boxes are indicated when you click on the photos. I asked our carrier to come and pick up the products, however with the workload he could not come on the scheduled day, nevertheless he would have come another day and it would not have changed the refund delay.
