I think the driver couldn't find your address, however he should have contacted you by phone. I will pass the information to our carrier to be more attentive. Regarding the cardboard bottom bags, the supplier has changed its packaging method. We no longer have the choice but to offer bags packaged in boxes of 1000 and separated by small cardboard plates in batches of 100 it seems to me. At first, no problem. All my orders arrived on time with top-notch delivery. But for my last 4 orders, that was no longer the case. Huge delivery problem or even no delivery due to an address that was either incomplete or nonexistent, whereas until then the delivery person had always found my street. I then contact customer service who tells me they will do what is necessary but nothing. Still no delivery or delivery to a neighbor with the package left behind a bush (it was raining that day so the goods were damaged) until the day I had to threaten. It's sad to get to that point. I add that before the threats there were several email exchanges but they went unanswered. In any case, I will not order from Packeos again. Too bad because the quality of the goods is top-notch. I would just add that DPD is really acting in bad faith.
