Very good contact with customer service for information. Very fast shipping if the order is placed before 11am: ordered on Tuesday morning, delivered on Thursday at 9am!!! Only small downside: the carrier called me 1 hour before to inform me of their arrival while I had specified to contact me to schedule the delivery day together.

Hello, following my order of 16/06, I tracked the delivery today around noon and it was indicated that it had been made. I was surprised because no delivery person presented themselves or rang the bell... I went to pick up the mail around 12:20 and discovered the 2 packages on the ground. They had been thrown over the barrier. The boxes are crushed! After checking, nothing serious as the contents are not fragile. Thank you for reporting this inconvenience to the carrier so that it does not happen again in the future. Best regards.

The packaging seems to be of good quality, however, we regret the condition of the boxes upon receipt, some were half open... it's a shame.

Very well-made site, competitive prices, impeccable ordering and delivery! It was a first but I will order from Packeos again. Only downside: the shortages of certain products but it's the same everywhere at the moment and there is enough choice on the site to find a plan B.
