Fairly readable. Nothing negative.

Good quality and very satisfied

Always very happy with the products ordered from Packéos! However, there was a problem with the GLS carrier delivery. When I ordered on the site, it was supposed to be DPD but the delivery was made by GLS... The order was supposed to be delivered to my home, I received an email stating that the package could not be delivered because there was an error in my address. On the GLS website, I therefore changed the delivery location by choosing the GLS depot which avoids any problems related to my address and is easier to manage with my working days. My husband then went to the GLS depot to pick up the package. The person at the reception informed him that the package was not at the depot but had been delivered to my home... My husband explained the situation to this person indicating that we had made a change to the delivery location. On the way back, my husband received a call from our neighbor, informing him that someone had rung his intercom without waiting for my neighbor to come down (not even knowing if my neighbor was present!!!) and left the package in front of the building door facing the road and without us being able to check the condition of the package! Moreover, the box was damaged and the cardboard soles had the corners crushed! This return does not place any blame on the Packéos site which I highly recommend, but I want to alert them about the delivery conditions of their GLS carrier whose delivery changes were not respected and the way the delivery person proceeded. I also thank my neighbor for being there because anyone could have taken the box that was left outside like that in front of the door (in the city center)! Even if it was just cardboard packaging, it was worth 60 euros and there was an urgent need for services!

The site is becoming more and more complicated to find the desired references, either they have disappeared or are out of stock As for delivery, once out of two, it is just a struggle with the delivery person, either he delivers on Monday when it is specified not to, or it is on a pallet wrapped in bulk when we are in the city... As for the price that changes constantly With shipping costs, the financial interest is starting to seriously diminish
