I ordered on December 1st to have my order for Christmas. I paid for delivery and received it 1 month later. The worst part is that I paid for delivery which was supposed to take a week. And here I am, a month later...

I was not informed of a stock shortage on a product that was missing from my package and billed nonetheless
Can you tell me which product you did not receive please? Normally, when a product is out of stock, we automatically indicate it on the delivery note and we send an email to inform you. I need to check why you were not notified.

It's always very unfortunate that the availability of products this year is not up to par
We are doing our best to always offer our products on the website. Unfortunately, our suppliers are facing shortages of raw materials, it is difficult for them to keep up, which is why our purchasing department is trying to find solutions to offer other products.
This year, for example, we have been able to offer 600 new items on our site to compensate for certain shortages.
