I am usually satisfied, but here I feel like I have been misled, as I placed 2 separate orders a few days apart so it is normal that I was charged for 2 deliveries, but I was delivered in one go, so I find it dishonest to charge me for 2 deliveries when my 2 boxes of products were in the same delivery. It's a shame!
This is an error, normally, if two orders are placed, we do send the goods in two shipments.
Since there was only one shipment, I will refund the shipping costs of one of the two orders.

In mid-December, I ordered transparent bags. Since the shipping costs are quite significant, I added soles for logs. Without even asking for my opinion, I received an email saying that my soles were shipped but that the bags (which I absolutely needed) would be refunded because they were out of stock. If I had received a little message beforehand about the availability of the bags, I would not have ordered. Anyway. I also add that once I sent a message to Pakeos, they indicated that it was an automatic email and that if I wanted, I could keep the remaining bags (which I did) but that the bags would not be available until January and even then. Strangely, the famous bags were shipped the next day. I was a bit angry but the Pakeos service reacted quickly anyway.
I understand your point of view, we were able to send the bags the next day thanks to a preparer who found them in the depot. The stock in the computer system was incorrect, we are sorry about that.

Information about the log box soles. It is mentioned that the soles are 1 cm shorter than the log boxes, however once received; The soles do not fit into the boxes! I had sent an email before placing the order, but I never received a response. Moreover, customer service should have seen for themselves that my order did not match.
We have chosen to offer insoles of 1cm in length so that they can be used with the corresponding boxes. For example, we sell insoles 35x10cm with boxes of 35x11x11cm, as well as insoles 35x12cm with boxes 35x13x13cm.
If you wish, we can take back the insoles as well as the boxes.
Regarding your email, I regret to say that I cannot find any trace of it, could you please tell me at which address you sent it?

The order went well. The site is clear. But upon receiving the delivery, it's another story... a torn and damp package, luckily the damage is minor. Too bad. Note for later to take care of deliveries.

Big problem during delivery. My package was supposedly presented at my home. I was supposedly absent but I was present because I work from home. Then it was noted as "pending" for a week. I had to call to be told that since they didn't have my phone number or any of my contact details my package was BLOCKED. I was delivered the next day but if I hadn't called it would still be at their warehouse. No issue with the merchandise itself but a big delivery problem.

Navigation needs improvement. Lack of filters for better sorting. Delivery price is mixed, very expensive and to be picked up at a relay point. However, considering the price, it is fast if you order before noon! Deadline respected.
The products are very good but the delivery rates are astronomical! We are regular customers and no loyalty discount is applied, which is a real shame.
As you can see, the prices of our products are already very low, and do not allow us to offer transportation costs. The delivery fees you pay on the website are directly those of the carrier. We do our best to always offer you the fairest price.

It's a shame that we can't order more!!! Delivery too expensive!!!
Delivery for individuals is done at relay points with a maximum of 18kg. We chose to set this weight limit because relay points tend to refuse packages that are too heavy and/or too bulky.
This limit helps to reduce these refusals.

The carrier made a mistake with the delivery address and we had to pick up the package from another merchant even though we were open....not serious on the part of the carrier when the address was clearly indicated on the package label. A reprimand.....

To start, the products seem to be of good quality (we'll see when used) the prices are interesting so I say don't hesitate on this point. However, for the delivery system when ordering several cartons, it's average. The site only allows the choice of the relay point and the relay points refuse them (too big apparently in my case). I wanted to order more cartons because the site module offers free shipping from a certain number, but then the site blocks if we go for free shipping (strange). I think that 1 carton causes no issues. So I use quite a few products, but if the delivery is faulty every time, I worry a bit. It's a shame because I find the products quite good so it would be nice to review the delivery solutions and offer free shipping when ordering around 200 or 300 euros of goods.
As a professional, you have the option to have your order delivered directly to your store or laboratory without weight or product limits. This allows you to place only one order and pay shipping costs only once.
