Satisfied with the products although the delivery via the DPD carrier was very long. I had to contact them 3 times to find out where my order was. Supposedly a lack of delivery address information (which was not the case!), then they told me that the order had been postponed to the next day, as requested, when I had not yet contacted them! Anyway, my packaging arrived at the last minute, due to DPD.

No issues, responsive and helpful customer service. The only downside is that the delivery person has delivered the pallet to the neighbors twice. Not a big deal, it doesn't deserve to lower the rating but if possible to address this with them..
