New customer this year nothing to complain about it's serious thanks to the packeos team.
The order went well. The site is clear. But upon receiving the delivery, it's another story... a torn and damp package, luckily the damage is minor. Too bad. Note for later to take care of deliveries.

I would have given 5 stars if the shipping costs were not €15, at a relay point, for a light and small package.
Thank you for your feedback, shipping costs are calculated on the site based on the weight of the order. Since we offer our product prices as low as possible with very low margins, we cannot reduce these costs.
These are directly the rates of our carriers.
