Delivery at J+9, delivery people in flip-flops, deadlines validated with Kuehne Nagel not respected, delivery arrived at 5:30 PM when marked as urgent.

Package compliant for delivery you have to go pick it up. I would have preferred to be delivered but nothing mentions it in the tab. (impossible) plan to resolve the problem
