I placed an order in my daughter's name so she could pick it up, as I was unable to move. Unfortunately, the order was put in my name, and when my daughter wanted to pick up the order at the pickup point, the lady never wanted to give her the package, which I understand very well. I had to move. The order form was indeed in my daughter's name.
I do not receive any email saying that my order has arrived unlike previous orders
Very disappointed with this new order identical to the previous one from last year. The quality of the plastic has really decreased, making it very difficult to put the lids on the small jars. The small jars barely "wrinkle" when you press to put the lid on.
We indeed changed suppliers a few months ago, however, the quality is supposed to be the same. Thank you for your feedback, I will be able to pass the information to our purchasing department so they can discuss with the supplier to always offer you the best possible products on our website.

Really sorry not to be able to work with this company, being abroad, on an island. This is the first time I encounter this kind of problem... and moreover, it has been a week since my order was refused and I still haven't received the refund...
We deliver to certain countries in Europe and some islands close to the coasts. Unfortunately, you are located more than 3500km from our warehouse, and the carrier added additional fees of several hundred euros to deliver to you. That is why we had to cancel your order.
Regarding the refund, our accountant was unfortunately unavailable last week, but he was able to process it on Monday.

Cups more expensive than competitors which was not the case before. the 1000 cups 12cl went from 13 to 26 €. Double. the stirrers remain reasonable
We had to increase our prices due to a change of supplier. The rise in raw material prices has also impacted the price of our cups. We do our best to always offer you the lowest possible prices.
Please also know that we will be offering eco-friendly and biodegradable cups during the year. Other products such as straws will be offered.

Not very good, very unhappy, we pay 15 euros for shipping and the carrier does not bother to send me a text message to tell me that the order was delivered to the pickup point really disappointing one more day and the order was returned.

The last two times I ordered, I was missing one item (out of stock), so I have to wait and reorder while paying the shipping fees again, which are very high just for one item. If I had known, I would have waited for it to be available to place my entire order and avoid paying shipping fees multiple times, which range between 12 and 15€!
If this happens again, I invite you to contact us by phone, email, or chat, and we will then be able to provide you with a restock date for any out-of-stock product.

Problem with every order, there are missing products that we have paid for but which are refunded 15 days later without adding the shipping costs pro rata of the missing products. UNACCEPTABLE
The out-of-stock products that are indicated as missing during the preparation of the order are refunded on Friday.
Regarding shipping costs, we refund them when the out-of-stock products cause you to change weight categories.

The average delivery time is 3 to 5 days for orders under 22kg.

The site is simple, ordering is easy and the prices are correct but one item was missing from the delivery box
The site has fewer references than before. The visibility for delivery times is poor and finally the shipping costs are sometimes excessive.

As for delivery times, they are 2 to 4 days for orders under 22kg and an average of 3 to 5 days for orders over 22kg.
