Very good responsiveness from the site and the chat. I came to pick up my order at the warehouse after placing my order in the morning. Bravo for your organization!
Very happy with my order and the speed of delivery (2 days) except that I was not notified of the delivery to the relay point, so I waited 5 more days.
We are currently looking into why some of our customers are not notified of the arrival of their packages at relay points with our carrier.
