Almost perfect supplier, it's really a shame that the weight of deliveries to relay points is limited and also expensive... Point to improve.
We cannot increase the weight of deliveries to relay points because otherwise they refuse the packages. Beyond a certain weight and volume, relay points have the right to refuse delivery. That is why we have set this limit of 18kg maximum.
Furthermore, we have also chosen to offer you the lowest possible prices for our products, therefore, we unfortunately cannot reduce the rates of our carriers.

I had called to be sure of the size of the bags I wanted to buy and the person on the phone was very friendly and took the time to check if the size matched what I wanted to put inside (5-compartment meal tray) and it is quite difficult to find suitable bags and they have them. My order arrived in 2 days even though there was a public holiday in between!! So great, I would recommend them.
