Big problem with the delivery. I had to call the delivery person several times. I was finally told that due to a technical problem!!! my package was damaged. I call Packeos who asks me to renew my order. I request a commercial gesture and I am still waiting....... really unhappy with the delivery and commercial service (which only bears its name)
Unfortunately, we are dependent on the carrier regarding delivery. Only you can choose the pickup point, which is why you must have placed a new order. The payment cancellation was made a few minutes after the order was created. As promised by phone, the refund of the shipping costs for your previous order as a goodwill gesture was made on the afternoon of the same day, that is to say, December 5th. The refund should normally appear in your bank account. The proof of the refund was sent to you by email following your response on the 5th at 1:55 PM.

Big BLACK point: Delivery with DPD really leaves something to be desired, I systematically find myself having to pick up my order at the agency (additional travel costs) when I paid for a home delivery, already expensive. UNACCEPTABLE
When validating your order, you have the option as a professional to choose from 3 types of delivery, one at a pickup point and two others only in store or laboratory. A message explaining that we do not deliver to home appears if you choose DPD delivery or delivery by Kuehne-Nagel.

Packeos customer since their beginning, I remain loyal because the quality-price ratio of the products is always top-notch but also for their customer service which is always very quick and efficient!! nothing but positive
Practical site, readable and easy to navigate, advantageous prices. My only regret is related to the shipping costs which I find expensive, especially when there is no pickup point less than an hour from my home!
