Delivery for individuals is done through our network of relay points. The limit of 18kg is present on our site to prevent relay points from refusing packages upon delivery.

Item compliant with the description only downside the price of shipping and for individuals impossible to order items over 18 kilos
Delivery for individuals cannot exceed 18kg because relay points refuse packages that are too bulky or too heavy. The 18kg limit is there to avoid this kind of issue.
