The last two times I ordered, I was missing one item (out of stock), so I have to wait and reorder while paying the shipping fees again, which are very high just for one item. If I had known, I would have waited for it to be available to place my entire order and avoid paying shipping fees multiple times, which range between 12 and 15€!
If this happens again, I invite you to contact us by phone, email, or chat, and we will then be able to provide you with a restock date for any out-of-stock product.

Very well, however, I will contact you by email, as I was unable to pick up my package at the pickup point. Even with the form received by email from DPD. The package will return to you.

Fast delivery, however, another means of transport should be made available for small packages! That's why I give 4 stars
We offer three different modes of transport on our site, namely delivery to a relay point for individuals, which is the most practical and fastest mode for small orders, or delivery by DPD or MAZET for professionals with a shop or store.

Good site with good products
When placing an order, we do not have the possible date for pickup on site. Having never been on site, I had difficulties finding the location (no sign) for package pickup. It would be easier to say that you are a subsidiary of Schneider and that the depot is located next door. Very satisfied with the quality-price ratio of the products.
When you choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Colmar, we specify that the average pickup time is 24 hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an automatic email indicating our hours, namely 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm from Monday to Friday.
When you are on Mittlerweg street, you can normally see our orange sign "Packeos" located above the door of our warehouse.
