The order is poorly packaged. A simple box is not enough for such a fragile product, the box containing the lids was crushed on the side, I could have received them all damaged. The company should put additional protections in the packaging boxes. The quality of the product is rather good.

At delivery, this causes a problem: the name of the company appears instead of the name of the individual receiving the package. It happens that the GLS delivery person leaves because of this, even if he arrived at the right place. Only the recipient's details should appear and not those of the billed company. This time, unusual delay at PACKEOS for the preparation of the order which took longer to ship.
