Upon receiving my order, one product was missing. Customer service did their best to convince me that there was a stock shortage. It's a shame that just before receiving the order, the same service wrote to me that there were still 43 units in stock. Today the product is still available on the site. In short, I feel like they don't want to incur the additional shipping costs since the product price is 3 euros and shipping is 12 euros. I find it dishonest on their part since I paid for shipping and notified them before receiving the package that I was particularly interested in this product. And then already sending a package without notifying a customer that a product is missing inside is not very serious. If I hadn't claimed my product, they would have kept the money. In short, a negative experience with customer service. Otherwise, the quality-price ratio remains interesting. However, after this experience, I am not sure I will order again

Unfortunately, it is degrading more and more, frequent product shortages, poorly sealed croissant bags, random deliveries either 3 days or 10 days minimum, sometimes deliveries only by pallets while in the city center playing with cardboard on the sidewalk for ten minutes is not the dream.... While other times delivery in 3 working days in closed cartons and without any shortage is the ideal site but that is random, too bad

After a small payment issue quickly resolved following a message, my order was prepared immediately. Nothing to complain about. But where it gets tricky... is finding Packeos on the street! You have to ask around (when they know)! Apparently, I was not the first in this case. I think it would be advisable to put up a sign and everything would be perfect!

The site is good but the delivery time (10 days from Sunday to Wednesday) is way too long. Mazet transports sent a text on Tuesday for the following week, but there was no delivery at the scheduled time. After a call on Tuesday evening, I was delivered the next day with a torn box in a truck where the boxes were upside down.

The ordered products are very good. Quick handling by Packeos but ... I am not satisfied with the delivery. Paying over 20€ and being delivered to my neighbors because there was no email, no text, or phone call from the carrier to inform about the delivery!

Interesting in terms of prices, quickly expensive in delivery. And sometimes lacks details on products (photos or dimensions) however, effective chat so by respecting the schedules we manage to get the answer.
Apparently the site is not up to date which generated a difficulty that you nevertheless managed to resolve quickly
Order received completely after 15 days. 2 whole afternoons to stay at home to wait for the order. Delivery time not respected. Delivery hours not respected. Received after 5:30 PM while the deadline was 5:30 PM.
