Problem with every order, there are missing products that we have paid for but which are refunded 15 days later without adding the shipping costs pro rata of the missing products. UNACCEPTABLE
The out-of-stock products that are indicated as missing during the preparation of the order are refunded on Friday.
Regarding shipping costs, we refund them when the out-of-stock products cause you to change weight categories.

Delivery for individuals is done through our network of relay points. The limit of 18kg is present on our site to prevent relay points from refusing packages upon delivery.

Delivery for individuals cannot exceed 18kg because relay points refuse packages that are too bulky or too heavy. The 18kg limit is there to avoid this kind of issue.

Delivery times are given as an indication. Orders of less than 22kg are generally shipped between 2 and 3 days and orders of more than 22kg are shipped between 3 to 5 days.
