Product not delivered and billed... forced to claim the refund that I am still waiting for

Everything perfect and also very fast, I will order again
At first, no problem. All my orders arrived on time with top-notch delivery. But for my last 4 orders, that was no longer the case. Huge delivery problem or even no delivery due to an address that was either incomplete or nonexistent, whereas until then the delivery person had always found my street. I then contact customer service who tells me they will do what is necessary but nothing. Still no delivery or delivery to a neighbor with the package left behind a bush (it was raining that day so the goods were damaged) until the day I had to threaten. It's sad to get to that point. I add that before the threats there were several email exchanges but they went unanswered. In any case, I will not order from Packeos again. Too bad because the quality of the goods is top-notch. I would just add that DPD is really acting in bad faith.
During your last deliveries, we provided all the information to our carrier DPD. We see no problem that could hinder delivery. We will escalate the information to our carrier's quality service.
Please know that we are doing everything possible to ship all our orders under the best possible conditions.

Way too much time between ordering and receiving the chicken bags, had to go buy some elsewhere while waiting for my order.
The average delivery time is 3 to 5 days for orders under 22kg.
I apologize for the longer delay than usual. The carrier had delivery difficulties during the summer due to a lack of staff.

Well received our order but part was out of stock. If we had known this before payment we would have planned modifications. After 1 week, still no refund or credit note to this day.

It's a shame that it's impossible to order more than 17.9 kg because it's very expensive and we need to look for other suppliers if not qualified very well
Delivery for individuals cannot exceed 18kg because otherwise, the pickup points may refuse the packages.
Do you have the option to have it delivered to a professional location?
There is no weight or product limit for professionals.
