I waited 3 weeks to receive my order after sending several emails and calling a premium rate number, and with each complaint, I was promised that I would receive my package within 48 hours!!! I do not recommend this site.
In response to the first email, we contacted the carrier to deliver to the indicated address. However, the information was not transmitted between my contact and the agency located in your department. Your package was returned to us despite our instructions. As a result, we had to resend the products to you, causing a delay in your delivery.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We do our best to satisfy all our customers.

No cardboard to pack my boxes, but a pallet with film, it doesn't look very clean to deliver a product intended for foodstuffs

Super interesting for the prices, too bad that the cake boxes from the Evasion range do not have a color variation for each season.
By the end of April, we will offer you boxes in the Pop range on our site. They will have a more modern design than the Evasion Gourmande range. This one will actually be discontinued.
