Your carrier was extremely bad on this order, appointment postponed 4 times without us being informed, no contact on the delivery tracking page, response time unbelievable once the carrier's number was found on the internet, and finally no time slot given on the day of the final appointment. Must be reviewed imperatively, I have never seen such a complicated delivery in over 20 years of receiving packages! Moreover, I found myself out of stock of packaging boxes as the delivery dragged on....
Our carrier apparently had difficulties delivering to you because your company's name was not indicated at the delivery address.
We will do our best with our carrier so that they can deliver to you under better conditions during your next order.

The delivery service should be improved and take into account customer requests regarding the times to be respected.
The transport is not great
Average because the explanations from your advisor did not seem very convincing to me, telling me on the phone that you have prices on the boxes and that you will "double" the prices afterwards is a bit far-fetched!!!!!!

This is the first time I ordered, quite long delay (3 weeks, let's just say you need to plan ahead) and a part of a product missing upon delivery. Otherwise, careful shipping and products faithful to the description and of good quality for very reasonable prices!

Not too bad except the delivery times are way too long
I have been ordering from this site for a while and I find that for some time it has lacked seriousness. Many products unavailable! Long delivery. Or you place an order and by the time they restock, you wait a good month without anyone notifying you. If this continues, I will shop elsewhere... it's a shame

The prices are worth it but the after-sales service leaves something to be desired: impossible to ask a question directly, there is never anyone... interesting products are removed from their ranges without us knowing why. I asked questions but got no response... meh!
