Very good site, but the shipping costs are still high especially for a small order. Other delivery methods exist: post, mondial relay, etc...

The ordered products are very good. Quick handling by Packeos but ... I am not satisfied with the delivery. Paying over 20€ and being delivered to my neighbors because there was no email, no text, or phone call from the carrier to inform about the delivery!
To ensure that your next order is delivered to you under the best possible conditions, please provide a professional address. If you are a private individual, please let us know so that we can switch your account to private. Delivery for individuals is done through a network of relay points.

I had to fight with your delivery person to agree on an appointment ... he proposed a delivery window of 3 to 4 hours!! Even EDF today no longer practices such a thing.
You have the option to add additional information at step 3 of your order validation so that it can reach you under the best possible conditions.

The items lack description and there are too many unreported missing items when ordering. However, the delivery times are appreciable.
As indicated on our product sheet, the polypropylene roll has a width of 50cm. Please know that we are doing everything possible to avoid shortages in your orders.

The delivery was catastrophic, we lost several half days waiting for the carrier and many hours on the phone with the often unreachable platform. Moreover, when opening the pallet, many boxes were damaged due to the carrier (at the bottom of the pallet) and to Packeos during the preparation of the pallet (photos available) Furthermore, many boxes were damaged during the unpacking of the goods, this was due to the carrier and to the placement of the boxes during palletization.
We noticed that your delivery took place in two stages. We have forwarded your phone contact details to the carrier. Regarding the preparation of the pallet, we have reported the information to our logistics service. Please send us the photos to our address [email protected].
