Delivery delay and often the delivery people are often rushed and do not give you time to check the delivery
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check the general condition of the packages as well as their number. You then have a period of 24 hours to contact us and let us know if any products are missing from your order.

Delivery in accordance with the order, very good quality reusable shoulder bag at a very interesting price compared to the market price. Delivery price a bit high but compensated by the product price.
More than a week to receive products in stock is long. Especially living nearby (Nancy).
