Racket with something moving inside the handle. 230€ it should be perfect.

Ordered NOX racket, received BABOLAT racket. They tell me they made a mistake and that the only solution was to reorder the item… Item reordered 5 days ago and still has not been shipped. Maybe they didn't have it, they tried to send something else!lswrieta 0

Everything perfect, punctual and precise. The only downside was that I paid 5 euros for an intermediate paddle and it arrived with maximum weight…

Satisfied with the proposed price and the product despite a small mark on the frame. Announced delivery time of 24-38 hours not respected.

I did not receive my ordered racket. I received a Bullpadel instead.

Package delivered in a deplorable state

Padel racket purchased at a great price. Arrived at the pickup point in 3 working days, instead of 1 day, still good. I didn't like the packaging, without any minimum protection and no tape to close all sides. Luckily it arrived intact, but risky.

Broken racket after an exact match

After-sales service is not okay, return costs 20€ from Belgium while the order was not okay

I did not receive the entirety of my order, I ordered 30 packs of balls and only received 17 while I paid for 30 packs of balls

Shipping time was longer than stated, and I don't know if this weight program really found a city, or if I was still sent a paddle racket that could first be grabbed from stock...

The paddle arrived well, but it took 1 week when I put 24 hours. Paying extra for a shipping service that is not fulfilled is not acceptable.

Received in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it took a while and the specified depot for pickup was not the right one, so I had to drive to another one. However, I received a response to my inquiries every time, and therefore I am very satisfied overall.

Impossible to make returns, you have to ship back to France at your own expense and organize the shipment yourself. Basically, a return costs you 50 euros. Unfeasible

Not happy with the Delivery, paid 30,00 EU for Home Delivery after a week of waiting I was informed to go and pick it up.

The racket was marked from 350 to 360 g and arrived at 345 g.

Je vous ai déjà contacté concernant une erreur d'adresse sur ma commande. Vous n'avez pas pu m'aider et vous m'avez simplement dit d'attendre que la livraison échoue. Or, la livraison a échoué à cause de cette erreur d'adresse. Vous avez donc déposé le colis dans un point relais. Je vous rappelle que je ne suis pas à Paris et que personne ne pourra venir le récupérer. Merci de me renvoyer le colis à l'adresse du vendeur « Padel Reference » afin que je puisse la corriger et vous le retourner. Cela fait maintenant plus de 10 jours que j'attends et j'ai clairement indiqué dès le départ que l'adresse était erronée ! Je vous remercie de votre réactivité. Cordialement, Layale.

The weight is not what is stated on the package and since I asked for a lightweight racket I cannot be satisfied

Sometimes you had to switch back to German because of the French language, that was annoying, otherwise everything was great

Delay between the order placement and receipt disappointing

Racket delivered in less than 24 hours and very well packaged! However, when you want to use the discount coupons in euros earned through the loyalty program, it's less interesting than the promo codes constantly given on the site... and since (of course) you can't combine the two...

They advertised a 2024 racket and I received a 2023 racket

I clicked on Head coello pro pack 2026 and it arrived without a box.

The packaging was in very poor condition — the box was torn and crushed, and the racket had clearly been pressed by other boxes during transport. It didn’t have any visible damage, which is why I didn’t send it back to you. I will not shop with you again.
