Ordered an Adidas METALBONE hrd 2025 paddle. If I hadn't asked when it would be shipped, I wouldn't have known that it was no longer available and they wanted to provide an Adidas metalbone 2025 paddle and a free shirt. I wrote several times that I was not interested asking for a refund of the first installment.

Hello, satisfied with my last order, where I was delivered quickly and it meets my needs. Not having had the opportunity to do so, I take this message to convey a remark of dissatisfaction regarding my previous order concerning two Bullpadel Vertex rackets. I was surprised and disappointed that these two rackets were delivered in bubble wrap and without a racket cover, unlike my equivalent order from one of your competitors last year. Remaining at your disposal, Best regards
