I have not received my bat for over 2 weeks

Delivery not arrived

They sent me the wrong rocket. For a week now, they've been texting me every day at 4pm saying they sent me a label to return it. Yeah, but there's no label. And I text them that there's no label, and the next day they text me again that they sent it to me.

If the size is not right, you have to pay for shipping costs yourself.

I paid for lighter racket, and my friend did the same thing last week with metalbone. He got a paper with average weight and his racket is ligther then median. In my case, you just measured my racket and it is 365g, and that is heavier than average, which you didnt even measure. I am not happy with this order, and I had great experience with you before, and told my friends about you.

Ordered an Adidas METALBONE hrd 2025 paddle. If I hadn't asked when it would be shipped, I wouldn't have known that it was no longer available and they wanted to provide an Adidas metalbone 2025 paddle and a free shirt. I wrote several times that I was not interested asking for a refund of the first installment.

I ordered the Adidas crazyquick boost and they sent me a different, much cheaper model. I asked to return the shoes and send me the correct model, but after almost 2 weeks of waiting, they do not respond. Terrible experience. Scandalous and poor customer service.

Processing good - but the bat is not flawless

Very effective and courteous post-purchase assistance, but my order did not arrive for unclear reasons.

I have received the paddle rackets from Nox, but the processing of the surface specifications was not done cleanly. Of the 100 rackets delivered, which I ordered due to a discount, one has visible defects. I find that unfair.

not arrived

I purchased a racket from this store. The shipping was smooth and without any issues. Unfortunately, the racket cracked after the very first game, and I also noticed that its weight was unusually high—419 g, which is much more than expected. When I reported these problems, customer support informed me that they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer regarding the crack. However, for the weight issue, I was initially told it was impossible. After I provided video proof, I stopped receiving replies. I have not received any information about whether this matter is being investigated or if any process has been started. It has now been almost two months without any update or proposed solution. In my opinion, when a product is defective, the seller should resolve the issue directly with the customer and then follow up with the manufacturer afterward.

I have not received my package

It's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered.

Simply shameful, after 2 weeks there is no trace of my order and moreover my requests are completely ignored

The weight on the racket is not the same as on the site

Racket was damaged, I am still waiting for answer on refund

Unfortunately, I received the heavier racket instead of the lighter one. However, they responded immediately and gave me a discount.

I did not receive the order

Shipping not very fast, I keep receiving emails in French, I didn't know what number to give to the shopkeeper to pick up the package (stationery Cartomatto).

The order arrived too late. It took more than a week. UPS was not the carrier, the appointment was postponed several times.

I need to send back parts of my delivery but I am not getting any feedback on how to start this process.

When you buy a racket advertised at 355g and it's actually 374g. I wanted this snowshoe to be more maneuverable, but it's not. On the other hand, it has excellent vibration absorption.

The stock is not managed directly, I ordered a racket, but it's only after a few days that I learn that it's no longer available.

Padel Reference lived up to my expectations, but the delivery service was catastrophic: I had paid for express home delivery, only to have my parcel delivered 48 hours late, and then dropped off at a relay point too far from my home.

Wilson Pro Bela V2 2023 racquet that has kept its performance only a few matches. The racquet is not quality. It is really frustrating for a racquet at almost 200euros. I've asked for an exchange for another racket and I'm waiting for their reply. Very disappointed.

I received my racket on time, but the grip ripped off when I removed the packaging, probably because it had been overheated. I sent an e-mail with photos and asking for a commercial gesture in the hope of getting a new grip, but there was no reply to my e-mail. After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired, I'm disappointed with the site.

Very bad experience. Purchased for Christmas gifts arrived later. Useless assistance. Not even an apology...

After a laborious start-up with the wrong racket received and a rough communication, I received the right racket on time. A few more adjustments and the site will be a reference...

I had claim, but nobody contact me ... I wrote twice, from web-site and after via email.

I ordered a padel racket that I wanted to return. Unfortunately, I received no reply to my numerous return requests and in the end had to keep the racket. One star for the speed of shipment.
