Customer reviews of Padel Reference

Satisfied with the products. You can really feel the differences in the products when you move up in range. Responsive via email. Many products unavailable, due to success????

Despite ordering a product in stock on the site, it was ultimately out of stock. Nevertheless, quick reaction to propose a solution. Serious site, I recommend.

Received quickly and product compliant

Hello, I had to order by phone

Order placed with a discount code. The order is being prepared, 3 days later an email received to tell me that the racket is no longer in stock...

Good supplier, small problem solved in a good merchant manner.

Site spec different than real specification

Order is no longer available. Transferred money was refunded quickly, however.

The order was mainly composed of ball tubes. And 2 out of 3 tubes were depressurized, which means that the quality control during shipping was sloppy or deliberately omitted. This is my 3rd order on this site and already the 2nd with quality issues.

I have ordered Order number : ZJOKEVQYF6, I ordered bullpadel orange grip x2 pieces, but I got only 1 piece.

I bought a brand new bat that was poorly made. My support request was NOT responded to. Bad service!

Racket is good, fast delivery. Mention for anyone that selects the weight option for an extra 5$, I did not received any note that they actually did anything. I opted for a light option and I received an 375g racket with is +10 over base weight, what I would expect a heavy option to be. I checked the next day the stock and my racket was out of stock so I may have been unlucky and got the last one available. This is something they can improve and provide information if they were able to do anything with the request or not.

Shipping occurred much too late. No feedback via email and no information about the return shipping.

very good all in good condition fast delivery

Good reliable service

Slow delivery

No free return shipping is really outdated! 20m from your office is a mondial relay point but you don't make an effort to offer it as an option to customers while it is a €15 price difference since you are in France! Very poor service!

I haven't received any feedback regarding my complaint

Not accommodating at all.

Racket with something moving inside the handle. 230€ it should be perfect.

Ordered NOX racket, received BABOLAT racket. They tell me they made a mistake and that the only solution was to reorder the item… Item reordered 5 days ago and still has not been shipped. Maybe they didn't have it, they tried to send something else!lswrieta 0

Satisfied with the proposed price and the product despite a small mark on the frame. Announced delivery time of 24-38 hours not respected.

I did not receive my ordered racket. I received a Bullpadel instead.

Response from support still decent.

Padel racket purchased at a great price. Arrived at the pickup point in 3 working days, instead of 1 day, still good. I didn't like the packaging, without any minimum protection and no tape to close all sides. Luckily it arrived intact, but risky.

Broken racket after an exact match

I did not receive the entirety of my order, I ordered 30 packs of balls and only received 17 while I paid for 30 packs of balls

The paddle arrived well, but it took 1 week when I put 24 hours. Paying extra for a shipping service that is not fulfilled is not acceptable.

Good racket and fast shipping.

Very happy

Impossible to make returns, you have to ship back to France at your own expense and organize the shipment yourself. Basically, a return costs you 50 euros. Unfeasible

Fast delivery, product as described. Just one racket a bit damaged and I'm still waiting for a return...

Cordialement, Layale.

The weight is not what is stated on the package and since I asked for a lightweight racket I cannot be satisfied

Article arrived intact but package broken!

Sometimes you had to switch back to German because of the French language, that was annoying, otherwise everything was great

Delay between the order placement and receipt disappointing

Racket delivered in less than 24 hours and very well packaged! However, when you want to use the discount coupons in euros earned through the loyalty program, it's less interesting than the promo codes constantly given on the site... and since (of course) you can't combine the two...

They advertised a 2024 racket and I received a 2023 racket
