I purchased a racket from this store. The shipping was smooth and without any issues. Unfortunately, the racket cracked after the very first game, and I also noticed that its weight was unusually high—419 g, which is much more than expected. When I reported these problems, customer support informed me that they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer regarding the crack. However, for the weight issue, I was initially told it was impossible. After I provided video proof, I stopped receiving replies. I have not received any information about whether this matter is being investigated or if any process has been started. It has now been almost two months without any update or proposed solution. In my opinion, when a product is defective, the seller should resolve the issue directly with the customer and then follow up with the manufacturer afterward.

Everything was very good except for the order of the balls. I ordered 5 identical tubes. I received 4 identical ones and 2 different ones. Even though they compensated with an additional tube, I would have liked to be informed beforehand.

Chronopost in France and Padel reference was fine. But DPD in Germany is absolute chaos. Racket came 5 days later than expected and everyday it said its coming today. Racket itself is great!

Everything is fine except for the delayed express shipping.

It's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered.

Fast Expedition

Hello, I had just spent my points to receive some Padel racket grips, but unfortunately, I never received them. Aside from this, the delivery time was respected.
