Fast delivery within 2 days but expensive compared to the total purchase price of the cart (€30 delivery for a €300 euro purchase)

Everything is very good. Fast order and shipping as well. Great price. The only negative feedback is that I paid for the weight assessment, declared 362 but the actual weight was 368.

Hello PR team. Products received quickly and perfectly packaged: nothing to complain about on that front, I am satisfied ✅ Small downside (independent of your will I think): out of the batch of 3 boxes of Head balls, 2 were without airtight lids. A drawback that complicates their storage in the bag. 📦 But overall, the order was well handled and professional service. Fabien L.

Order received in 3 days, good packaging. I received an email telling me that it had arrived at the post office (hello opening hours). Then an e-mail telling me that it had arrived at the relay point, even though I had already collected the parcel. Nothing to worry about, now it's time to test the equipment.

When you buy a racket advertised at 355g and it's actually 374g. I wanted this snowshoe to be more maneuverable, but it's not. On the other hand, it has excellent vibration absorption.
Translated reviews
Response from Padel Reference
Hello Raymond,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment.
Brands announce weights for their rackets that can vary +/- 10 grams.
That's why we've developed a new service that lets you choose the weight of your racket for more power, maneuverability or something in between.
You can also contact us to find out what weights are available before you place your order, so that our order pickers can choose the racquet that's right for you.

Best regards,

The Padel Reference team
