Products received quickly and perfectly packaged: nothing to complain about on that front, I am satisfied ✅ Small downside (independent of your will I think): out of the batch of 3 boxes of Head balls, 2 were without airtight lids. When you buy a racket advertised at 355g and it's actually 374g. I wanted this snowshoe to be more maneuverable, but it's not. On the other hand, it has excellent vibration absorption.

Wilson Pro Bela V2 2023 racquet that has kept its performance only a few matches. The racquet is not quality. It is really frustrating for a racquet at almost 200euros. I've asked for an exchange for another racket and I'm waiting for their reply. Very disappointed.

I received my racket on time, but the grip ripped off when I removed the packaging, probably because it had been overheated. I sent an e-mail with photos and asking for a commercial gesture in the hope of getting a new grip, but there was no reply to my e-mail. After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired, I'm disappointed with the site.

Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und die Ware wurde auch tadellos geliefert. Einzig die Lieferzeit kann auf jeden Fall verbessert werden und die Kostenangabe für den Versand muss man richtig stellen. Es wird angegeben, dass der Versand kostenlos ist, wenn man aber nicht "Abgabestelle" auswählt kostet der Versand knapp 11,-- Euro.
