A top-notch site, almost perfect support!

So far no delivery of my order. The promised information regarding a new delivery is insufficient. I would not order here again.

The delivery was very fast, however, the return of an item from the order is very complicated and is done at one's own expense to France.

I played for 2 hours with the sneakers and I am injured under the ankle on both feet due to a manufacturing defect of the sneakers. Very protruding and painful stitching. I will send you photos.

Wide range of choice on equipment and rackets .. also great customer service that resolved a misunderstanding related to a promotion code in a short time .. the only negative note (but perhaps more related to the courier that handled the delivery and the fact that there was the weekend in between) is that the racket I ordered arrived a few days late compared to what was expected.

It took 10 days to arrive paying 15.99 for shipping to have it in a maximum of 72 hours

I specified the delivery to a parcel shop listed on the shop's website. However, the delivery could not be made there or at a replacement location, allegedly. Both notifications occurred simultaneously. Unfortunately, I only saw the bad reviews of Chronopost afterwards. Anyone who still works with such a service provider obviously has no interest in customers ever ordering from them again. I have rarely had worse experiences than with this order. Even one star is too much, unfortunately, there is no less! Never again!

I did not receive any balls. Although I ordered some twice, I only received them once.

Ordering and paying on the website was just good as it needs to be, but the shipping with DPD was a mess. The offered pick up point was no longer available, the package was send to a pick up point, but nobody told me so, and just cause I call the customer service they told me so, when I arrived to the pick point the person wasn't able to identify the package, because the track numbers were mismatched. Finally after looking at all the boxes, we founded a box with my name, overall a very poor shipping experience

Racket not arrived and customer service not responding to emails! If I do not receive clear information by today, I will open a complaint on PayPal.

Order placed easily as the site is well organized, fast shipping but I believe the packaging is too delicate, I bought a racket and the box arrived broken, I hope the product hasn't been damaged, I add that it would be appropriate to better protect the racket because it moves too much inside the box. Good assistance, I quickly resolved a small misunderstanding. Recommended seller.

The articles are great and the quality is top-notch, but to improve, I think it's important to include the dimensions of the clothing because, for my part, they all fit smaller than I imagined.

They sent me the wrong rocket. For a week now, they've been texting me every day at 4pm saying they sent me a label to return it. Yeah, but there's no label. And I text them that there's no label, and the next day they text me again that they sent it to me.

Nothing to say, fast delivery. Everything is clean.

Goods delivered on time, intact, good price. I was not very convinced by the explanation given regarding the arrival of the Wilson racket without its own box, claiming that Wilson does not provide them, since I have seen them elsewhere (pack + tube of balls). I therefore give 4 stars because in the end I have the requested products even if with this which in my opinion is a shortcoming.
